Conventional wisdom has it that that the enlightened are wondrous divine beings, more like Gods than humans. These
special beings are meant to be so far beyond their egos that they
are incapable of making a judgment or forming an opinion.
The term 'saint' more accurately embodies this fantasy than the term
'enlightened being.'
Because enlightenment can happen at any stage of a person's
development we sometimes find 'enlightened people' who have not
squared their beliefs and opinions with the knowledge of who they
are. But if they dedicate themselves to the practice of self examination
they will develop
intelligent views on topics of interest to them...or not.
The purpose of this section is to offer my
opinions...which I believe are well thought out...about topics of interest.
1......There is no path 'with Heart.'
2......"I'm a guru" means "I'm unenlightened."
3......Surrender is a flawed concept.
4......There is nothing unspiritual about judgments
5......Don't respect enlightened beings.
6......The guru gets credit for the good and the bad.
7......Real gurus don't bust ego.
8......Homosexuals are fine, queers aren't.
9......Abolish National Elections
More to come!
