The Vision of Non-Duality Vedanta Seminar with James Swartz in Berlin April 27nd – May 1st 2017 James Swartz is leading a non-residential Vedanta course in Berlin. The course will be held at a seminar center in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

This course will be an extraordinary and inspiring opportunity to learn and practice the fundamental principles and methods of Vedanta – the Science of Self Inquiry - with a great teacher. If you are interested in taking your spiritual questions further and would like to understand your true nature, the nature of the mind and of the world, this retreat will be of great value. Freedom and lasting happiness are the result of this knowledge. The course is not merely an academic or intellectual exercise. It is a dynamic traditional teaching that engages the participants in such a way that it produces insight into the nature of reality. Vedanta is a means of Self inquiry, one of the oldest and most successful enlightenment tradition in the world. James Swartz (Ramji) is one of the very few authentic Vedanta teachers in the world today. He studied in the late 1960's and early 1970's under the guidance of Swami Chinmayananda, one of India’s most respected sages. Since then James has taught Vedanta to thousands of students the world over. His ability to teach authentic Vedanta in plain modern English and to present the teaching in a lively, humorous and provocative way is exceptional. Course language is English. There will be no translation into German.

Venue: This non-residential course will be held at a venue in Berlin-Kreuzberg (Bergmannstrasse).

Schedule (preliminary): The course will start with an Introductory Talk on Thursday, April 27th at 8:00pm and will end on Monday, May 1st after lunch. Introductory Talk on Thursday 20:00 – 21:30 Talk 1 08:30 – 10:00 (Friday – Monday) Talk 2 10:30 – 12:00 (Friday – Monday) Talk 3, Q&A 14:00 – 16:00 (Friday – Sunday) Price: Course price is €60. The fee for the teacher is not yet built into the price as James has graciously agreed to do the course on a donation basis. Donations are voluntary and may be given at the end of the course. Accommodation and meals: This seminar is non-residential. Out-of- town participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We gladly help with recommendations. The venue is in a vivid neighborhood in Berlin-Kreuzberg with many cafés and restaurants.
