A Distant Knowingness
Mary: Hello, Ram. Thank you for your prompt reply about depending on a teacher. It is much appreciated. I agree that dependency can happen. Maybe I am just overwhelmed with the whole experience and being in your presence. One does not run into someone like you very often… Still, I am highly intrigued about what happens on another level, where your brain stimulates our brains and makes “inroads” into the dormant parts (remembering), together with the teachings, the enormous depth and intuitive communication that goes with that. All of that intrigues me very much. I have no words to describe what I would like to ask of you, only sensing something that is very familiar and at the same time very vague to me, more of a distant knowingness.
I shall focus on the teachings and remain busy reading I Am That and your book at the same time. I laughed when I read, “Givers there are many; where are the takers?,” by Sri Nisargadatta, so true, people follow their inherent inner guidance and what feels “safe” for them.
Also, thank you so much for the CD with all the teachings that you gave us.
~ Love, Mary
Ram: Dear Mary, appreciation is always appreciated. Yes, stick with the book, and if your “distant knowingness” become more immediate and brings forth doubts, feel free to write.
~ Much love, Ram
