So Self-Evident That It’s Apparently Missed
Tim: I see that non-duality is a fact and cannot be argued with, because the one that argues is itself limited. It’s a fact that reality is non-dual because what I experience depends on me but I don’t depend on what I experience.
Daniel: Boom! Well-nailed!
Tim: There’s no use arguing with facts, is there?
Daniel : Nope, knowledge cannot be negated.
Tim: It’s actually so self-evident that it’s apparently missed. But it cannot be missed, because the one that misses it is an effect of the self.
Daniel : Boom!
Tim: I feel like I can finally trust Isvara.
Daniel: As the jiva, what else is left to do but to trust Isvara? Good for you, Tim.
For years I have happily and diligently responded to communications on the topic of Self realization. Since the publication of my book, “How to Attain Enlightenment”— currently in its third printing —and the success of this website, the volume of emails has increased considerably. Unfortunately, owing to a busy schedule of teaching and writing, I am no longer able to answer all the emails I receive in a timely fashion. However, my wife, who is also a teacher, and several well-qualified teachers we have endorsed are available to answer emails on my behalf. I encourage you to send them your questions.
