Vedanta student: Hey, homie, it’s getting quiet around me, which I can assure you is a very good sign.
See, I do not really feel like inquiring too deeply about anything anymore, since the knowledge is rock-solid. I do not have to use my mind, I simply get taken on this ride of ever-increasing possibilities. My outlook has expanded to a great range, and I feel like each moment is a climb to greater heights of understanding. I’m enjoying a rock-solid “smooth ride” kind of understanding. I know that my understanding is real, not imagined, and now for perhaps a thousand percent that this is me, the Self, my swarupam.
I do not need to think about consciousness/awareness. The moment is unfolding precisely to my needs. I do not know what to expect, but have no fear of plunging myself into the unknown, without looking back.
Whenever I’ve hit up YouTube or read scripture it’s become clear that what I am viewing or seeing is not different from me, the Self, the one reality.
The happiest moment in my life, when I was 14, was when all the girls waved at me. I realize now that I was established in non-duality then. This same rock-solid knowledge is my direct experience now.
I see around me a lot of jivas still groping in the dark. But I am able to see through façades and see me, the Self, the one reality, in each and every being.
It’s like I got that magic back. That magic which makes me thrive in this world.
I have not the least of doubt anymore. The mind can be found doubting, but not in the least do I believe myself to be my mind, nor my body for that matter, which is another interesting discovery.
I simply do not see a division between the individual experiencer and… well… anything else.
I know I am of the essence of knowledge, which is the second-to-second discrimination between what is real and unreal.
Someone hacked my Facebook account, so you won’t see me there, at least for now. I simply take it with dispassion and am curious what I have in store for me.
I’m a lion, with no fear.
Peace out, my dear homie.
Daniel: Beautiful email, fearless lion.
