Use these uncomfortable feelings as “pause flags” to instantly redirect your attention back to your primary self. Fearlessly disidentify with the action figure (jiva) and step back into your accurate identity: the knower OF the action figure.
Don’t worry, we’re not disowning the action figure. We’re only disowning the idea that the action figure is your primary status.
You’re just shifting him/her to the back seat (secondary position) so you can enjoy your primary identity as the free, knowing awareness that you already are right now.
Activating self-knowledge means living from an accurate stance, it means operating from your limitless orientation whilst still appreciating/accommodating your limited jiva appearing in/to you.
Nothing changes – only an accurate identity shift.
The action figure gets lovingly booted to the back so you can enjoy having yourself reflect in the foreground, a view that offers the greatest sense of ease.
