The Yoga of Relationships
Life is relationships with one’s self and others. Our happiness depends on them. This four hour video contends that all relationships are love relationships even if the person in front of us is a stranger, a friend, a family member or even someone we don’t like; indifference and dislike are negative forms of love.
Normal relationships are based on the idea that reality is binary; you are different from me. To achieve harmony my likes and dislikes need to conform to yours and yours to mine, which usually involves considerable haggling, in so far as another unconscious binary fact comes into play—your gain is my loss. Relationships need not be tense businesslike transactions.
The Yoga of Relationships examines relationships in light of perhaps life’s most under-appreciated fact—reality is non-dual. If this is true, and it is, whomever I’m relating to at any moment is non-different from myself, a fact that virtually guarantees harmonious communications, in so far as self love is the highest form of love.
It recommends two time-tested methods that convert dualistic thinking into non-dual thinking by establishing our lives on a rational basis rather than on fickle emotional patterns. If you are prepared to make a serious investigation of your spiritual nature, this seminar reveals the tools that lead to intelligent happy relationships.
The book on which this seminar is based, written by Isabella Viglietti-Swartz, is included with the video and audio offerings.
