Yoga Vidya Koln presents the Kena Upanishad, a short text from the Sāma Veda which deals with the nature of Consciousness and self knowledge in the form of a dialog between a teacher and disciple. The disciple wants to know what causes the mind to move toward objects. The teacher cryptically answers: It is the ear of the ear, the mind of the mind, the speech of the speech, the life of life and the eye of the eye.Teacher
