I’ve been having the most extraordinary journey the past 4 months, when I found myself without the possibility of returning to my country, my family and my life for 94 days, alone in an unknown place and completely broke economically, but something beautiful happened: I could witness everything, I observed everything without worrying or experience negative or destructive thoughts and feelings.
I realized during that time that I just surrendered completely to Isvara, trusted in the flow of events, accepted my karma and from that moment I found myself living happily, safely and in peace, everything taking care of itself and making complete sense. I realized that there were no “problems “ beside the monetary one. And even that was imaginary, created by my own perception. Deep in my mind and heart I know that everything shall pass and after a fall there is always a Beautiful Arising.
Thanks to Vidya’s philosophy classes, her teaching of Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali Yoga Sutras, I had a reminder about what is important in life and what is real. And thanks to her I could finally meet you and take your lessons, that actually feels like we re-started something that we had been studying for a long time ago. When I’m taking your classes there is a vibration deep inside, a sensation that everything you say, I knew it before. Can that be possible? Can the Self share a kind of memory and communicate it to the Personality or the Causal Body?
James: Yes, indeed. This knowledge rests in every heart eternally and becomes living truth when it hears it’s Holy Name spoken by the teachers.
Because is not only that, but It feels like everything I’m doing is proper. Even in the situation I find myself, there are no regrets or doubts sensations, just humble, humble gratitude and deep love for the teachings and my teachers. I just want to say thank you so much for keeping us in the track of Vedanta and giving us the important reminders of the transcendental truth that we choose once again to unveil through the eyes of Maya.
Happy Guru Purnima, dear teacher. I’m so blessed and blissful to finding you again and again. My entire self resonates in harmony with your teachings.
