Sundari: Doshas are impurities, or “bad energies,” and drishti literally means “visual defect” – eyes are symbols of knowledge, so drishti is a defect in your understanding, or knowledge, how you “see,” which produces negative states of mind. Thus this is a practice to work on removing the impurities or negative thoughts in the mind; basically it is the same as karma yoga and works in tandem with it.
