Gail: The words… “there are two stages… I know the self… I am the self”… have made some impact on my consciousness. When I was so confused a couple of years ago, I asked Adyashanti for some clarity, and he said he thought I was looking into the void… the self, and suggested that instead of looking into it, that I should be it… I guess this was what he was meaning… I got that he was correct, but I didn’t really understand. Now it is much clearer.
