I am amazed that a few people who profess love for Vedanta and me personally still try to
to convince me of the reality of social and political issues. It is also astounding, and hopefully instructive, that people cling to unhealthy obsessions come hell or high water. Here is a statement of ShiningWorld’s policy on political and social issues.
HI Joe,
To whom it may concern: I know your views on vaccines, big corporations, MAGA and “wokeness.” Vedanta’s view is that there is only one virus, ignorance of the Self, and that there is only one effective vaccine, Vedanta. So it is really inappropriate for you to bring political and social issues to the table. We’re in a war with our own ignorace of our true identity. Your obsession with these things is ego-centric, fits into the category of “not self” and is dismissed as unreal by serious inquirers. People don’t come to ShinningWorld for political advice; they come to understand what they are.  If you continue to pester me with this non-sense I will spam you.
